The Senior Coordinator Position exists to coordinate and carry out the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Restorative Practices programming at GCC, specifically the Restorative Schools Program and the Restorative Justice Diversion Program. This position works closely with both GCC’s Executive Director and Operations Manager to further our mission of building peace with justice by advancing restorative practices within communities, schools and institutions. Ideally this position will grow into a Program Manager role within 12-18 months.
